Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position.
  2. Go into Shoulder retraction , meaning your body will drop between the shoulders.
  3. Then go into Shoulder protraction , meaning your body will rise between the shoulders.

Form tips

  1. Keep your arms straight the whole time.
  2. Keep your Abs tight and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
