Technique

  1. Face the ground and hold yourself up by resting on your feet and forearms.

Form tips

  1. Engage your Abs and assume a posterior Pelvic tilt . Another way to think about it is to suck your bellybutton upward.
  2. When the Abs are properly engaged, the back should be slightly rounded.
