Band Powered Full Body

This routine is designed to train the entire body using exclusively resistance bands.

Designed for commuting, travel, and busy schedules, it allows you to train anywhere: hotel, home, outdoors, minimalist gym. Bands take up little space, are easy to carry, and still provide progressive resistance ideal for developing strength, muscle tone, and control.
