Technique

  1. Sit on a chair or on the ground and wrap a resistance band around one foot.
  2. Adjust the band length so that it is under tension when the leg is bent.
  3. Extend your leg and push on the band as you do so.
  4. Keep your arms steady while pushing with your leg.
  5. Slowly come back to the starting position.
