Technique

  1. Stand a small distance away from a raised surface, place your foot on the raised surface and hold on to the object for balance.
  2. Slowly bend your front knee to bend it fully.
  3. Pause and then press through your foot to smoothly return to the starting position.
  4. Keep your torso upright and neutral throughout the whole exercise.
