Technique
- Stand a small distance away from a raised surface, place your foot on the raised surface and hold on to the object for balance.
- Slowly bend your front knee to bend it fully.
- Pause and then press through your foot to smoothly return to the starting position.
- Keep your torso upright and neutral throughout the whole exercise.
