Technique

  1. Stand a short distance away from a raised surface and place one foot on it.
  2. Slowly bend your front knee all the way.
  3. Pause at the bottom and then extend your front leg to smoothly return to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep your torso upright and neutral throughout the whole exercise.
  2. Aim to reach full Knee flexion of your front leg in the bottom position.
