Technique
- Bend one arm and place it behind your head.
- Pull on that elbow with your other hand to push it down.
Form tips
- You can slightly intensify the stretch by bending laterally towards the non-working side.
- Keep your chest open to push your shoulder and arm towards the back.
- Avoid flexing your neck by letting the arm push on your head: instead, resist it by pushing your head back against your arm to intensify the stretch.
