Banded lateral raise

Technique
- Hold a Long resistance band under one foot and hold the other end with the same side hand, arm straight.
- Raise the arm to the side Shoulder abduction until the hand is at shoulder height at least.
- Slowly return with the hand by your side, resisting the band.
Form tips
- Keep the Abs engaged and do not bend sideways
- Keep the shoulder blades down ( Shoulder depression )
