Technique

  1. Hold a Long resistance band under one foot and hold the other end with the same side hand, arm straight.
  2. Raise the arm to the side Shoulder abduction until the hand is at shoulder height at least.
  3. Slowly return with the hand by your side, resisting the band.

Form tips

  1. Keep the Abs engaged and do not bend sideways
  2. Keep the shoulder blades down ( Shoulder depression )
