Weighted side arm circles

Technique
- Hold a weight by your side, then lift it up to the side away from you.
- Continue lifting it upward until it is overhead.
- Continue the circular motion by slowly bringing it back down in front of you on the other side, until it is back at the starting position.
- Perform this movement in both directions; a full circle in any direction (outside or inside) counts as one repetition.
