Goal: build heavy vertical pulling strength, the foundation of muscle-ups, explosive pull-ups, and scapular control.

Session description:

Session focused on back strength and elbow flexors with heavy weighted pull-ups and heavy pulling work. We develop the ability to produce high force while maintaining strict scapular control.

It is the foundation for:

• clean muscle-up

• explosive pull-ups

• shoulder stability in suspension
