Technique

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms down to the sides.
  2. Bend the arms at the elbow to bring the dumbbell towards the shoulder.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Do not swing or compensate with your lower back.
  2. Keep the elbows at the side.
