Technique

  1. Stand tall while holding a single kettlebell by the sides of the handle in front of you.
  2. Bend the arms at the elbows to bring the kettlebell towards the upper chest.
  3. Return to the starting position controlling the descent.

Form tips

  1. Do not swing or compensate with your lower back.
