Armpit foam roll

Technique
- Lie on your side on the ground and place your armpit on a foam roller.
- Slowly turn to the front and to the back (side-to-side motion).
- Roll up or down and repeat the side-to-side motion to target various areas in the armpit region.
- Relax into it and be mindful of how it feels; if you encounter an area that feels restricted or tensed, spend more time on that area.
