Technique

  1. Place your hands on a wall and stand a step away from it, to exert some pressure on your hands.
  2. Push your chest down as low as possible while keeping the arms straight, to open your chest and shoulders.

Form tips

  1. Avoid arching your lower back: keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
