Technique
- Stand up, step on an elastic band, grab it and move it behind your back, with your elbow pointing upward.
- Extend at the elbow to get your arm fully extended overhead.
- Bend your elbow, lowering the band behind your back, keeping the upper arm close to your ear.
Form tips
- Keep your elbow close to your head, pointing forward throughout the movement; resist the temptation to let it flare out to the side.
- Engage your Abs to stabilize your body and avoid arching your back.
- Control the movement, focusing on using the Triceps to extend the arm.
