Starting bodyweight B|No equipment

If you want to get started with calisthenics / bodyweight fitness and have no equipment, this is the right routine for you! It works your whole body and you can do it at home or in the park - all you need is the ground and 15-20 minutes of time.

This routine is made to use with Auto-play: all the exercises are counted for time (instead of repetitions), so that you can let it play and follow the guide.

The built-in progression system in the app will slowly push you to work harder each session, but you can always tweak the values if needed.

Perform this routine 2-3 times per week, with at least one day between each workout day. On these recovery days, you can perform other routines to work on your balance, cardio or flexibility.
