Technique

  1. Lie on your back and place your arms down to the sides, perpendicular to your trunk.
  2. Lift your legs up while keeping them bent at the knees.
  3. Let your legs slowly down to one side and then to the other side.
  4. Keep your shoulder down on the ground; there will be a twisting motion happening in the trunk.
