Technique

  1. Lying on your back, legs slightly apart, knees bent at 90 degrees, feet secured, hands either on your temple on on your opposite shoulder.
  2. Lift your back smoothly towards your knees and then bring your elbow to the opposite knee.
  3. Slowly reverse the motion on the way down.
