Technique

  1. Lie on your back, with your legs together and your arms on the ground alongside your body.
  2. Lift one leg straight up to a vertical position.
  3. Then bring the second leg up to join the first one.
  4. Bring the first leg back down to the ground, then the second one.
  5. Repeat by starting with the second leg first.

Form tips

  1. Keep your lower back in contact with the ground.
  2. Keep your legs straights.
