Technique
- Lie on your back, with your legs together and your arms on the ground alongside your body.
- Lift one leg straight up to a vertical position.
- Then bring the second leg up to join the first one.
- Bring the first leg back down to the ground, then the second one.
- Repeat by starting with the second leg first.
Form tips
- Keep your lower back in contact with the ground.
- Keep your legs straights.
