Technique

  1. Sit on the ground, tuck your legs close to your chest, lift your feet off the ground and balance on your buttocks.
  2. Extend your legs forward while leaning slightly back to keep the balance.
  3. Then bring the legs back to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. During the whole exercise, only your buttocks should be in contact with the ground.
  2. Keep your Abs engaged.
