Technique
- Sit on the ground, tuck your legs close to your chest, lift your feet off the ground and balance on your buttocks.
- Extend your legs forward while leaning slightly back to keep the balance.
- Then bring the legs back to the starting position.
Form tips
- During the whole exercise, only your buttocks should be in contact with the ground.
- Keep your Abs engaged.
