Technique

  1. Lie flat on the ground with the arms extended over the head.
  2. Bend the knees and bring the legs towards your torso, lifting your butt off the ground.
  3. Return to the starting position with the legs straight hovering the floor.

Form tips

  1. Do not let your back arch when extending your legs.
  2. Keep control of the pelvis when lowering your butt to the ground.
