Technique
- Lie flat on the ground with the arms extended over the head.
- Bend the knees and bring the legs towards your torso, lifting your butt off the ground.
- Return to the starting position with the legs straight hovering the floor.
Form tips
- Do not let your back arch when extending your legs.
- Keep control of the pelvis when lowering your butt to the ground.
