Technique
- Lie on your back and place your arms down to the sides, perpendicular to your trunk.
- Lift your legs just slightly off the ground (like in a Hollow body hold ).
- Bring your legs to one side until they are parallel to your arm, then to the other side.
- Keep the legs close to the ground the whole time.
- Keep your shoulder down on the ground.
- Do not let your lower back arch.
