Technique

  1. Lie on your back and place your arms down to the sides, perpendicular to your trunk.
  2. Lift your legs just slightly off the ground (like in a Hollow body hold ).
  3. Bring your legs to one side until they are parallel to your arm, then to the other side.
  4. Keep the legs close to the ground the whole time.
  5. Keep your shoulder down on the ground.
  6. Do not let your lower back arch.
