Technique
- Place your upper back on a Stability ball and your feet flat on the ground, with the legs opened to provide stability.
- Extend your arms up to a vertical position and join your hands together.
- Twist to one side, bringing your straight arms to a horizontal position and your shoulders facing to that side, without moving your knees.
- Slowly come back to the starting position, then repeat on the other side.
Form tips
- Aim to twist without moving your knees and with only a small movement happening at the hips.
- Keep your hips at the same level as your shoulders and knees the whole time.
