Technique

  1. Start by lying on the ground, holding a Stability ball in your hands.
  2. Perform a V-up to bring the ball from your hands to your feet.
  3. Extend your body into a Hollow body hold .
  4. Then perform another V-up to bring the ball from your feet to your hands.
