Technique
- Sit on the ground with your legs straight in front of you.
- Place your hands down by your hips.
- Lean back and lift your legs off the ground, balancing on your buttocks.
- Move each leg to the inside, choosing one leg to move on top of the other one.
- Open them back and repeat while switching which leg goes moves on top.
