Technique

  1. Sit on the ground with your legs straight in front of you.
  2. Place your hands down by your hips.
  3. Lean back and lift your legs off the ground, balancing on your buttocks.
  4. Move each leg to the inside, choosing one leg to move on top of the other one.
  5. Open them back and repeat while switching which leg goes moves on top.
