Technique
- Sit on the ground and place your hands down besides your hips for balance.
- Tuck your legs close to your chest, lift your feet off the ground and balance on your buttocks, using your hand assistance as needed.
- Extend your legs forward while leaning slightly back to keep the balance.
- Then bring the legs back to the starting position.

- Keep your Abs engaged.
