Technique

  1. Sit on the ground and place your hands down besides your hips for balance.
  2. Tuck your legs close to your chest, lift your feet off the ground and balance on your buttocks, using your hand assistance as needed.
  3. Extend your legs forward while leaning slightly back to keep the balance.
  4. Then bring the legs back to the starting position.
