Lower Body Strength & Mobility

Duration: 30 minutes

Goal: develop unilateral strength, active mobility, and balance, with a focus on the abilities required for the pistol squat and center of gravity control.

Session description:

Session dedicated to building a strong, mobile, and stable lower body. The work revolves around single-leg movements, joint control, and stability—essential elements for mastering the pistol squat and improving overall balance.

We develop:

• quadriceps, glute, and hamstring strength

• knee/ankle stability

• hip and ankle mobility

• body control on unilateral support

This session improves:

• overall balance

• stability in skills (handstand, transitions, landings)

• injury prevention

• ability to produce and transmit force efficiently
