Technique

  1. Fold forward and place your hands on the ground or near your feet ( Pike position ).
  2. Begin walking forward with small steps, bouncing lightly on the hands without fully standing up.
  3. Keep your torso folded and your hands close to the ground throughout the walk.

Form tips

  1. Keep your legs as straight as possible to maximize the hamstring stretch.
  2. Relax your neck and let your head hang down.
