Technique

  1. Stand on one leg.
  2. Slowly move your free foot around the standing foot in a large circular pattern, reaching as far as possible in every direction without losing balance.
  3. Complete the circle in a controlled manner, then reverse direction.

Form tips

  1. You may keep a slight bend in the standing knee.
  2. Reach as far as possible while maintaining control.
  3. Move slowly and smoothly throughout the entire circle.
