Full-body Calisthenics Novice

Recommended Routine” (RR) from Reddit r/bodyweightfitness (BWF).

This routine covers full body strength and hypertrophy.

Warmup: dynamic stretches, joint preparation and movement practice.

Strength work:

- 6 exercises put in pairs to target all major muscles groups of the upper and lower body.

- a triplet of core exercises.

You need access to a place to do rows (low bar, rings, sturdy table, etc.) and to parallel bars to work on dips.

Perform this routine 3x per week, with at least one rest day in between workout days.
