Technique
- From a Straight-arm hang position, open your legs wide; the wider they open, the easier the exercise will become.
- Engage your scapulas ( Shoulder depression and Shoulder retraction ) and pull your body upward.
- Go through the Straddle front lever position and keep going until the Inverted hang position, then reverse the motion.
Form tips
- Keep your legs in the same plane as your torso: do not bend at the hips (this would decrease the stimulus).
- Keep your arms straight.
- Keep your back straight.
