Technique

  1. From a Straight-arm hang position, open your legs wide; the wider they open, the easier the exercise will become.
  2. Engage your scapulas ( Shoulder depression and Shoulder retraction ) and pull your body upward.
  3. Go through the Straddle front lever position and keep going until the Inverted hang position, then reverse the motion.

Form tips

  1. Keep your legs in the same plane as your torso: do not bend at the hips (this would decrease the stimulus).
  2. Keep your arms straight.
  3. Keep your back straight.
