Technique

  1. Start from a Straight-arm hang position.
  2. Start pulling yourself up and angle your body at the same time, so that you end up with the body parallel to the ground at the top (when your arms are bent).
  3. Reverse the motion with control to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep your body fully straight the whole time (no piking at the hips or arching the back).
