Front lever raise (Hang pull front lever to Inversion)

Technique
- From a Straight-arm hang position, engage your scapulas ( Shoulder depression and Shoulder retraction ) and pull your body upward.
- Your body should stay straight, with the shoulder, hips, knees and feet on the same line.
- Go through the Front lever position and keep going until the Inverted hang position, then reverse the motion.
Form tips
- Keep your arms straight.
- Keep your back straight.
- Avoid the temptation to bend at the hips, especially on the way up.
