Technique

  1. Start in an Inverted hang position.
  2. Slightly lean forward and open your legs out to the sides.

Form tips

  1. Keep your legs straight and aligned with your torso.
  2. Do not arch the lower back: keep it straight.
  3. Do not round the upper back: keep it extended.
