Vertical Push Power

Duration: 90 minutes

Goal: develop vertical pushing strength for handstand push-ups and presses.

Session description:

Heavy shoulder work in vertical pushing: overhead press, pike push-ups, deltoid and triceps work.

We develop:

• overhead strength

• scapular stability in elevation

• structured pushing endurance

Essential for:

• handstand push-ups

• balance presses

• handstand control
