This routine focused on neck health, stability and mobility.

The two "Front neck bridge" exercises put a lot of pressure on the head and you should avoid or be careful with those if you have neck issues. These two exercises also put a lot of pressure on the skin at the top of your head; you can use a soft support to alleviate this pain.
