For warm-up, you can follow the official Routine named "Joint warmup" or perform 10-15 minutes of light cardio.
Start with 2 sets and low reps/time range. Once you're able to do 2 sets of 10 reps, add a third set and aim for 3 sets of at least 10 reps.
