Technique

  1. Grab a bar or rings and flip your body backwards so that your torso is horizontal and your chest is facing down.
  2. The back is straight and horizontal.
  3. The legs are bent at the knees and the thighs pulled as close to the chest as possible.

Form tips

  1. Resist the temptation to round your upper back: this makes the exercise easier but also less effective. Keep your chest opened and look forward.
