Technique

  1. Stand in front of a resistance band attached higher than your head, slightly leaning forward, knees slightly bent for stability.
  2. Grab the band with both hands with the arms overhead and pull it down towards your thighs while keeping the arms straight and without moving your back or knees.
  3. Control the return to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep the spine in a neutral position by looking slightly down.
