Technique

  1. From a Plank position, open the legs wide to reduce the lever and walk your hands far forward.
  2. Bent the arms until your forearms barely touch the ground and go back up.

Form tips

  1. Keep your Abs tight and a posterior Pelvic tilt ; do not let your back arch.
