Technique

  1. Balancing on a single bar makes the L-sit slightly harder.
  2. Push your shoulders down (depression): do not let them elevate towards your ears.
  3. The legs shoulder be fully extended and parallel to the ground. risks
  4. If doing this on a higher bar, be careful not to fall back, and in any case try it on a low bar first.
