Technique

  1. Start from a Rings Support position (above the rings, straight-arms).
  2. Lift your hips back, push your legs behind the rings and open them to the sides and then up while bending the knees.

Risks

  1. Be careful not to fall back on your head or on your back. At the beginning, make sure to have a soft surface under you and be close to the ground.
