Technique
- Start from a Rings Support position (above the rings, straight-arms).
- Lift your hips back, push your legs behind the rings and open them to the sides and then up while bending the knees.
Risks
- Be careful not to fall back on your head or on your back. At the beginning, make sure to have a soft surface under you and be close to the ground.
