Technique
- Grab the support with straight arms, placing all your weight on your hands.
- Brace your core, lift the knees up and then straighten out your legs.
- Your legs will dip down but make sure that your heels are not resting on the ground.
Form tips
- Keep your shoulders pushed down ( Shoulder depression ) and forward ( Shoulder protraction ).
