Technique

  1. Grab the support with straight arms, placing all your weight on your hands.
  2. Brace your core, lift the knees up and then straighten out your legs.
  3. Your legs will dip down but make sure that your heels are not resting on the ground.

Form tips

  1. Keep your shoulders pushed down ( Shoulder depression ) and forward ( Shoulder protraction ).
