Technique

  1. Start in an active hang with arms straight and shoulders engaged ( Shoulder depression ).
  2. Lift your legs together until they reach hip height (parallel to the ground).
  3. Keep your knees straight and toes pointed if possible (to make it pretty).
  4. Hold the position with steady breathing.
