Technique
- Start in an active hang with arms straight and shoulders engaged ( Shoulder depression ).
- Lift your legs together until they reach hip height (parallel to the ground).
- Keep your knees straight and toes pointed if possible (to make it pretty).
- Hold the position with steady breathing.
