Technique

  1. Start in a plank position on the Rings with your feet on the ground.
  2. Rotate the rings outward until your palms are facing directly forward.
  3. Hold this position while resisting the rings' tendency to turn back inward.

Form tips

  1. Keep the rings turned out (palms facing forward) the entire time.
  2. Maintain a straight body line by engaging your Core .
