  1. From a Rings support position, lean forward and rest your shoulders on the rings or the straps.
  2. Lift your legs and hips until your body is in an inverted vertical position.
  3. Balance your weight on your shoulders while stabilizing the rings with your arms.

Risks

  1. Instability of the rings poses a risk of tipping over if balance is lost.
