Technique

  1. Place your hands on the Rings near the ground and your feet on the floor in a pushup position.
  2. Keep your body straight and parallel to the floor with shoulders protracted ( Shoulder protraction ).
  3. Hold this static position for the required duration.

Form tips

  1. Engage your Abs and maintain a posterior Pelvic tilt .
  2. Keep the rings parallel to each other and directly under your shoulders.
