Technique
- Place your hands on the Rings near the ground and your feet on the floor in a pushup position.
- Keep your body straight and parallel to the floor with shoulders protracted ( Shoulder protraction ).
- Hold this static position for the required duration.
Form tips
- Engage your Abs and maintain a posterior Pelvic tilt .
- Keep the rings parallel to each other and directly under your shoulders.
