Technique

  1. Place your hands on a Wobble balance board and step your feet back into a Plank position.
  2. Protract your shoulders to create a strong upper back.
  3. Hold the position while stabilizing the board to prevent it from wobbling.

Form tips

  1. Aim to keep the board level and avoid letting the edges touch the ground.
  2. Engage your Abs and maintain a posterior Pelvic tilt to protect your back.
