Technique
- Place your hands on a Wobble balance board and step your feet back into a Plank position.
- Protract your shoulders to create a strong upper back.
- Hold the position while stabilizing the board to prevent it from wobbling.
Form tips
- Aim to keep the board level and avoid letting the edges touch the ground.
- Engage your Abs and maintain a posterior Pelvic tilt to protect your back.
