Technique

  1. Place your feet on an elevated surface roughly around shoulder height, such as a box or bench.
  2. Position your hands on the ground under your shoulders and extend your body into a straight line from shoulders to heels.
  3. Brace your core and hold the position while keeping your body rigid.

Form tips

  1. Actively brace your Abs muscles to support the position.
  2. Push the ground away slightly to keep your shoulders engaged ( Shoulder protraction ).
  3. Keep your neck neutral and your gaze toward the floor.
