Technique
- Place your feet on an elevated surface roughly around shoulder height, such as a box or bench.
- Position your hands on the ground under your shoulders and extend your body into a straight line from shoulders to heels.
- Brace your core and hold the position while keeping your body rigid.
Form tips
- Actively brace your Abs muscles to support the position.
- Push the ground away slightly to keep your shoulders engaged ( Shoulder protraction ).
- Keep your neck neutral and your gaze toward the floor.
