Technique

  1. Engage your Abs and keep a posterior Pelvic tilt .
  2. Shoulders are protracted (pushed towards the support surface) to have a slightly rounded upper back.
  3. Keep a straight body or a slightly Hollow body to engage the core more.
  4. Head is neutral, looking at the support surface in front of you.
